When you place an order from Love2Sparkle.co.uk, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order is deemed to be an acceptance to purchase a product at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions under the terms and conditions.
Personalised items which are made to order are normally delivered within 7 - 10 working days, I will let you know should this take any longer. If your item is needed for a specific date, please let me know so that I can advise whether delivery is possible. I will always do my utmost to accommodate your request.
Occasionally I may find that one of your items is not in stock on the date of your order. When this occurs I will contact you to advise when this item will be available.
Many of our jewellery designs are handmade and therefore very slight variations in design or materials used are to be expected. However whilst the utmost care is taken to represent the colour and appearance of all the products on the website, due to the variation in computer monitors colours may vary slightly. |

| Returns and Refunds Policy |
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know. I will be only too happy to replace any goods that are
unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
We advise customers to bear in mind if they are returning items of jewellery via Royal Mail, that jewellery is not insured against losses or damage unless sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service (where insurance up to the value of £500 applies), losses or damage to items of jewellery sent via normal post, or via Recorded Delivery are not covered by Royal Mails insurance and customers will not be able to submit a claim. We recommend you keep your receipt as proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received, you are strongly advised to use a signed-for (tracked) delivery service when returning orders, we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
Please note that refunds cannot be given on pierced earrings or other pierced body jewellery due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned unless faulty.
