Personalised pieces which are made to order are normally delivered within 7 - 10 working days, and we will advise should this take any longer.
Delivery by first class mail is charged at £1.50 p&p for the first item and 50p for additional items. If you would prefer to have your order sent by recorded delivery this will incur an additional charge of 75p.
Dispatch - We have a large variety of items available but sometimes we may occasionally find that one of your items is not in stock on the date of your order. When this occurs we will send out all the items we have in stock and refund the cost of the missing product(s).
Returns & Refunds - At Love2Sparkle we always strive to ensure that you are more than happy with your purchases and have a 100% commitment to Customer Satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unsatisfactory in any way, we will make every effort to make sure that the situation is resolved to ensure you are haappy with your purchase. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value or for a full refund for the cost of the product.
a) We recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain proof of postage
b) Returns are sent at your own expense.
c) No goods exchanged or credited after 14 days.
