| The checkout process will give you the option to choose your preferred Royal Mail delivery method. Customers based in the UK have a choice of either First Class standard Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. It is recommended that you purchase a trackable delivery method as I cannot be held responsible for items once they have entered the postal system.

| UK First Class Delivery - £1.75 |
| We only advise this form of postage on small orders under £20.00. We do not accept liability for lost orders via this method. In the unlikely event of an item being lost, opened or damaged in the post, I will produce a proof of postage certificate and it will then become the purchaser’s responsibility to take up the issue with the Royal Mail.

| UK First Class Recorded Delivery - £2.50 |
| Whilst Recorded Delivery is a signed for service, this does not cover loss or damages for jewellery, it is more for peace of mind and getting a signature to say the items have arrived. I regret I cannot be held responsible for uninsured parcels which are lost or damaged while in the care of Royal Mail if you choose to use the Recorded Delivery Option. However I will supply you with the proof of posting and give you as much information about the parcel as possible so that you can take up the issue with Royal Mail.

| Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) - £5.50 (UK only)

| If you would prefer the items to be insured against loss or damage or need something urgently you are advised to use this service. All items are guaranteed to be received the next working day after it has been shipped. This method of postage also provides you with automatic insurance and in the unlikely event that an order should be lost, opened or damaged we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. Special Delivery service offers customers full compensation over any loss or negligence by the Royal Mail.

| If you live outside of the UK, please do not use the Shopping Basket. Please email me with your order, listing the code numbers, price and a brief description of the item/s and I will arrange for a PayPal payment request to be sent.

| Returns and Refunds Policy |
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know. I will be only too happy to replace any goods that are
unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
We advise customers to bear in mind if they are returning items of jewellery via Royal Mail, that jewellery is not insured against losses or damage unless sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service (where insurance up to the value of £500 applies), losses or damage to items of jewellery sent via normal post, or via Recorded Delivery are not covered by Royal Mails insurance and customers will not be able to submit a claim. We recommend you keep your receipt as proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received, you are strongly advised to use a signed-for (tracked) delivery service when returning orders, we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
Please note that refunds cannot be given on pierced earrings or other pierced body jewellery due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned unless faulty.
